With a hattrix solution, the door controllers themselves have the capacity to store up to 50,000 concurrent events. If loss of connectivity should occur, your security system will continue to operate without any degradation. When connectivity is restored, all stored events are then pushed from the controllers to the cloud servers.

Q: What if I need to make an immediate change?

A: hattrix operates in real-time. Any changes made are immediately implemented when utilizing our desktop or mobile application. Fully managed systems are administered by access control experts who can immediately execute your change requests on your behalf. In either case, operating in real-time ensures critical changes are implemented quickly, efficiently, and effectively.

A: hattrix utilizes 128bit AES encryption and is further enhanced by a secure socket layer (SSL), similar to online banking.
